• Business leads you search for (stored securely in your private workspace)
• Usage data (pages visited, features used, and performance metrics)

2. How we use your data

• To provide, maintain, and improve the Prospra CRM service
• To send product updates, security alerts, and support messages (you can unsubscribe anytime)
• We NEVER sell your data to third parties.
• We NEVER share your leads with other users. Your data is scoped to your workspace.

3. Data storage

• All data is stored on Supabase, which is SOC 2 Type 2 compliant.
• Our primary databases are located in the Singapore region (ap-southeast-1).
• All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard protocols.

4. Your rights

• You can export your leads and data anytime from the Settings page.
• You can delete your account and all associated data permanently from Settings.

5. Cookies

We use only essential cookies required for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
