Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Prospra, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use the platform.

2. What Prospra provides

Prospra is a CRM tool designed for finding and managing local business leads. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the completeness or correctness of the business data found through our discovery tools (including Google Maps scraping).

3. Acceptable use

• Use Prospra for legitimate sales and marketing outreach only.
• Do not use the platform to spam, harass, or perform illegal activities against businesses.
• Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the platform's infrastructure.

4. Payment terms

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• We offer a 7-day refund window for initial subscriptions. No refunds are provided after 7 days of a billing period.
• You may cancel your subscription anytime. Your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

5. Limitation of liability

Prospra is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, A-LIST Studio shall not be liable for any lost revenue, missed opportunities, or data loss resulting from the use of the platform.
